Together with one of our clients, we participated in the design of hydraulic assistive drives for self-loading and hook trailers. The system involves introducing additional tractor traction force by adding hydraulically driven wheels on one or two trailer axles. The project included assistance in the design of axles adapted to the installation of Poclain MFE08 series hydraulic motors, calculation of the application, selection and delivery of components. For the drive, we used high-pressure piston-axial pumps operating in a closed system, which allows us to obtain good parameters of hydrostatic trailer braking. In addition to the hydraulic components, cooling and filtration system, we also provided an electronic control system with an individual controller program.
