Lifting capacity of 25 tons, reach of 24 meters, very high functionality and maneuverability, and at the same time an extremely effective hydrostatic drive, allowing for driving in very difficult terrain? Yes, from today it is possible thanks to the new version of the wheeled crane for which we had the pleasure to design hydraulic drives and controls. The project included calculations and selection of components for the hydrostatic drive, steering system, hydro-pneumatic suspension system, working system drive and hydraulic stabilizers, winch drive and machine swing drive, as well as cooling and filtration system. The specialized valve blocks used in this solution allowed to significantly improve the functionality of the machine and simplify hydraulic connections, reduce the number of fittings and hoses, and also improve the safety of the machine. We are counting on more similar successful projects with great potential for serial production!
