Another of our recent projects is the hydrostatic drive for a self-propelled manure sprayer. The project included:

• collection of basic design assumptions and expected machine parameters,
• calculation of mechanical and hydraulic parameters,
• selection and delivery of components for the hydrostatic drive and the reel, hydraulic steering system, cooling and filtration system, hydraulic braking system, hydraulic drive of spray booms and control electronics,
• design and production of specialized valve blocks for synchronizing MGE18 drive motors and blocks for changing steering modes,
• creation of a hydraulic and electrical diagram of the drives,
• machine start-up and tests, as well as after-sales assistance
