At IVENTEC, we not only supply components, but above all, we create advanced systems that drive innovation for our customers. One of our recent successes is the complete implementation of a hydraulic and control system for specialized stilt harvester, intended for use in fruit tree nurseries.
Stilt machines present unique challenges to designers: they require high ground clearance, extreme maneuvering precision, and stability in difficult terrain.
Key solutions implemented in the project:
- Efficient hydrostatic drive: The heart of the running gear is a closed-loop system based on reliable Poclain Hydraulics radial piston motors.They provide the enormous torque necessary to navigate the soft ground of nurseries while maintaining a smooth ride.
- Intelligent steering system: We designed and delivered a dedicated valve block that allows the operator to instantly change between three steering modes.This gives the machine exceptional maneuverability, crucial in dense plantings.
- Dedicated working system: We have used specialized valve blocks to control the combine's operating functions, which guarantees precise and energy-saving operation of the attachment.
- Complete system equipment: IVENTEC supplied all key turnkey components – from advanced filtration and efficient cooling systems, to full tank equipment and intelligent electronic control.
Support from design to first launch
Our role didn't end with the delivery of pallets of components. Our engineers actively participated in the commissioning process and field testing of the machine directly at the customer's site. Collaborative tuning of the electronics and hydraulics parameters allowed us to optimize the combine's performance and ensure it met stringent efficiency standards.
